Aloha Stored Value gift card tender button not working

Hi All,

Thanks in advance for your help. I am facing an issue where on some terminals when a customer want to redeem points or use store value gift card, if casher click on that tender button its not doing any thing. On some terminals its working fine.

Any help will highly be appreciated.

Call Aloha enterprise 800-792-5642. I think option 2 and 2 but it changed recently
They can get you set back up. Its an issue on the terminal they can fix for free.
