Aloha Stored Value Gift Card not funding

I utilize the NCR Aloha Mobile Engage app for my restaurant and am having an issue with Aloha Stored Value; whereas, attempting to "load" funds to the ASV gift card via mobile interface produces an error "Failed to add value to your gift card. Please refresh page and try again".

Call Aloha Enterprise, they are the ones that manage your ASV
