Sometimes when the internet goes down edc transaction fail to initialize, how can i make it so that when the internet goes down edc goes into spool down automatically. Sometimes i am not in the location and have to tell the manager to stop ddc processing from the back of house.

In the Aloha Manager, go to system,credit cards, put check box to enable offline mode, set dollar amount and refresh
