Aloha Split Item Problem

Sometimes, when I attempt to split an item in half, the system will not split it and sometimes it will. Any ideas about this? Is an upgrade necessary?

Also, what is the latest version of Aloha anyone out there is using?

If using pivot seating you can only split items that are under "table" (seat 0)
There are 6.4x installs out there however I don't believe that version is an officaly release yet?

I am not using pivot seating right now. This problem is still occurring.

By the way, do most restaurants use pivot seating?

What about guest count? I think you'll need to have at least 2 guests. If it is a bar ticket it usually default to 1 guest.

The problem is still occurring, even after I changed the default bar guests to 2. Any other ideas? Do you think a software upgrade will fix this?
