I searched the forums hoping to find this without having to post but I couldn't seem to find it.

I need to view/print my liquor sales by hour.

I can get my Hourly Sales and Labor up but that report will show all revenue (Food, Liquor, Gift Cards, etc).

Can someone help me isolate my liquor sales, this would really help me get my labor cost inline!!

One question: How do you track your liquor sales, revenue center or sales category?

If by revenue center, the Hourly Sales and Labor report has an option to be filtered by revenue center.

If by sales category, have a look at Performance Measures (Maintenance->Labor->Performance Measures). One of the options is hourly sales, and you can choose a target sales category. Now this will track separately by employee, and I am assuming you should be able to get hourly totals, but I am not 100% sure.

If those do not work for you, the only two other options I could provide for you would be Crystal Reports (if you, or someone you know, would like to build reports yourself). Or Aloha Enterprise, which has a simple report builder that could get this data you are looking for. You will have to pay for either of these options, but depending how much money you will save in labor, they might be worth it.

Hope this helps,
Matt
