We have an unusual situation where management wants the same Revenue Center but the gratuity options different depending on the time of service.
AFAIK Revenue Center and Gratuity are intertwined and there is no event programming that can change gratuity settings.
They don't want me creating a new Revenue Center because they don't want the additional sections in reporting or the sales totals being split.
I know I can control Revenue Center with an order mode button. But that still doesn't solve the tips issue. Is this even possible? or am I right in thinking the only way to do this is by setting up a second Rev center with tipping enabled?
