Hi, I've seen a few other threads but couldn't come up with the best way to accomplish what I'm trying to do. Figured it couldn't hurt to ask since it seems like it should be easy to do.

We're a bar and have a pretty large inventory of liquor and over enough time each item can probably be sold in any number of ways. (rocks, double, martini, old fashioned, mule, redbull, etc).

Currently we're setup so that every item is tracked. Goose, jack, etc.. Then they modify it.. Goose - rocks (up charge for 2oz pour). This is the way aloha set the system up.

Problem is, when we run our reports at the end of the week we see say 10 goose, 15 titos, 5 rocks, etc.. What we need out of the reports is that we sold 8 goose (so we know 8 x 1.5 oz) and 2 goose rocks (2 x 2 oz).

We could create the 10—20 different items for each option and have a list of 50,000+ different drink combos that upcharge. But that seems very inefficient..

Is there any way to keep the modifiers attached to the report with the item it modified?

Goose 10
Goose rocks 2
Jack 4
Knob creek Manhattan 6

Etc..

If not.. What are my options for buying something that can pull this data out of the system?

Thanks
