Hi,

Server went down last week for a day due to hardware failure. The system was pulled out of redundancy the next morning and while sales data for that day is available the labor/time clock info is not. It goes from 1/12 to 1/14.

Please help.

Thanks,

If you are talking about the clock out time slips the employees get, that information usually will not reflect the current time period is in redundancy, I usually turn that feature off, too many complaints.

If your system was pulled out of redundancy and the dated subdirectory was copied from the master terminal and a grind run on it, you should be able to run a correct payroll report from the boh.

Cheers,
Coorsman
