Aloha rebooting

Our restaurant lost power last night. we have 3 terminals and use aloha. 2 of the terminals started back up and work fine but the main terminal starts up gets to the windows screen then reboots before you can do anything. we are cautious of doing anything because the other two terminals are working and we dont want to mess up those but we want to get the main terminal back up and running.

Does it reboot before fully loading Windows or does it reboot when Aloha (iber/iberqs/RAL) starts to load?

It reboots before aloha starts to load. right as the windows screen is finished loading it reboots.

Are you able to start the terminal in safe mode using F8 before Windows loads up? Also do you know if this terminal uses the RAL program? Does the terminal still reboot if the network cable is unplugged? If it's an issue with Aloha it sounds like a missing aloha.ini file, incorrect permissions to the master terminal, or an issue with the RAL program if you use that.
