Aloha RAL not able to get configuration from BOH

Hi all,

I am trying to install RAL on a new server but it is not going through on the terminals. When I start it on the terminals it come's to making UDP call to validate system configuration then just skips to manifests. I have tried Reinstalling RAL and installing a new version but it did not help. When I check logs I can see:

Any ideas what I might try to resolve this issue. RAL worked fine on the old server. Windows firewall, UAC and antivirus are all turned off.

On new server, if win10 there are a few fun settings to deal with
Have you checked lana number
Have you enabled SMB sharing
might want to turn off your firewall while your at it

Thanks for the suggestion but it did not help and we are still getting the same issue.

I checked SMB and turned on SMB 1.0 (SMB Direct was already turned on)
I checked the Lana numbers and they were OK
Windows firewall is off and UAC is down

Let me give a little bit more information. RAL was working fine until they manage to lose the BOH and new BOH was installed.

Is new BOH same name as old. Also try doing a reset of RAL on 1 term. It may be a version issue

BOH is the same name and Aloha is working fine when we start Iber. We reinstalled RAL multiple times on both FOH and BOH and tried Reset and reload term multiple times.
