Aloha Radiant KDS Shows up on screen but no items appear

Hello,

I have a store that wanted an additional KDS installed to be displayed for their EXPO line.
I installed the hardware and changed the Hardware ID to 2. The previous one that is working is 1. I the created an additional Video controller with HW id of 2. I also went into the bin folder and loaded the Rad Video.exe to add it to the list of available controllers.

The screen appears to have all the small boxes, but when they go to enter an item in no items show up on the screen.

I created a separate video queue as well and still nothing. I am unsure why items are not being displayed. Can someone provide assistance?

Also another thing to mention is that I made sure on both terminals it is set for Rad Videos=1,2 previous it only had =1.

What ever became of this? Was NCR able to provide solution or were we right in our phone call, that only one bump bar can bump an item from a screen?
