aloha promo/giftcard issues

We had I a EOD issue with our aloha system this week while I was away and had to call scr on the issue, now im having issues with a few things, timed promos are not working. today is normally a BOGO special on pizzas that discounts once the order is entered, it does not and our GC's due not work after the EOD, for them to work I need to restart POS1 (main term)connect to the BOH, only for giftcards.


for the event/promo problem I already tried copying an old events.cfg from a previous day (before the EOD problem) with no luck.

It sounds like your date of business may be wrong and thus is causing the system not to fire the appropriate promo events. Check and verify that the date of business matches the system date on the bottom of the screen when at the logon screen.
