We have just started getting an error message the setup program has detected that you do not have DCOM installed. Would you like to install now? This error has coincided with problems with grinding and our EOD has not been running successfully since this message started appearing.

You are having issue with the control service. Have you tried restarting the computer. If that still does not fix, you can check to see if the ctlsvr stated. If it is not running you can look at the debout.svr located in the aloha\tmp file for why it failed.
