ALOHA - printing 5 copies on kitchen printer

Hello,

I have a problem in that a kitchen printer always prints 5 copies if each ticket. I have tried everything but have not been able to resolve this.

PLEASE! ! ! any ideas???

Is this a 1 printer kitchen? If not are all printers printing 5 chits?

Is the printer name on the top of each chit the same?

Is expeditor or tray chit printing turned on in [store settings] [printing-chits]?

In the printer setup is the number of reciepts set to 1for this printer?

It was set as 31 and it had the problem then i changed it to 22. the main kitchen ptinter is 21

i think that the printer name is only on the first copy, but i can't be sure.

i'll check the expeditor.

definitely set to print 1 copy.

Yep, if you've got that printer in that group multiple times, it will print that many times.
