Aloha - Print to kitchen printer

This seems basic, but I'm having trouble getting it set up. How do I set up all orders entered through specific Aloha terminals to print to a single kitchen printer, as well as to their own printer?

I have 4 terminals...two need to print to their own printer and to the kitchen printer, and two just need to printer to their own printer.

Help!
