Aloha - Posready 2009 Cannot locate Master Terminal, Trying to recover

Trying to install a new computer into the Aloha system which runs on
WindowsXp Embedded Posready 2009. I get the message
Cannot locate Master Terminal, Trying to recover
this flashes in a Red Boxed message and continues until terminated.
I can ping and look at all terminals in the network from this Pc, so it is not an
Ip issue.
On AlohaBOH i dget the message

If I check DEBOUT.001 on the Backoffice Server I see a message

Listen: connected to Node 2
Recieve Failure: Node 2 code OA command 95

and a whole series of these errors repeated until I terminated the app on Term2.
Need some help from someone please....!!!!!![highlight #EF2929][/highlight]

Did you check the FAQ's listed on the menu above for intstalling a new terminal?

Yes check Faq's but still get error
