im having the problem of sometimes the tickets are not printing at the items assigned printer!! very random, every other time the items print to correct printer.. help please i dont know if it has to to do with printer groups or what...

What version of Aloha are you using? Have you recently upgraded? When they don't print to the correct printer, do they print to the back up printer or any other printer?

im using aloha manager-table service... have not recently upgraded... did just add a printer, so i have two printers in my kitchen one labled hibachi and the other one kitchen and some time the kitchen prints out on the hibachi printer and the hibachi prints out on the kitchen printer.. very random too..

do you know how to fix this problem with out me going to that website? i am on a very tight budget and am hoping to get this resolved without having to spend any extra money
