I think you can use Aloha Manager, New Aloha Manager or Configuration Center. I would probably go in the direction of New Aloha Manager if it is an independent site. All New Aloha Manager really is is Offline Configuration Center. Config Center is more for sites that manage multiple stores so changes can be made remotely and across the board.
