I have 3 Radiant P1510 terminals. 2 are working fine and the third is having issues. The terminal was working fine and then it would just continually try and reboot. Now the terminal will turn on, but the screen is blank. I took the terminal off-line. I have read multiple threads about this problem, but have found nothing that works.
This is what I have done:
*Sprayed the inside of the terminal with compressed air
*Checked all of the capacitors and they are fine
*Both fans are operational
*All connections seem to good

Out of ideas. Thanks in advance for any help.

When you turn it on, do the other terminals show that it is off line? If so it's not booting into windows and you have a motherboard, memory or power supply, issue otherwise the terminal windows and Aloha is running and the screen back light is out.

You can un-seat then reseat the memory, try swapping the power supply from another good terminal, it's located in the base - 1 screw between the legs.

Cheers,

I always keep a few replacement power supply units in the shop. Email me if you need assistance. I will need a picture of the existing power supply along with the model number on the power supply.
