I am looking for non Aloha (independant) technical support people that are able to help setup an Aloha system for our restaurant

The country should be full of such support as dealers are closed. Who is close by would depend on where you are located.

I am in the State of Delaware if anyone is interested in configuration a system. I am also looking for ongoing support. Of course your efforts would be reimbursable
