Aloha POS Tab Names 1

Hello,

I would like my bar tab names to default to "Fast Close." I have checked the options in Aloha Manager, but my tabs are always named like this:

First Initial Last Initial Number

Is there any way I can get my tab names to default to "Fast Close"?

I am running Aloha version 6.0.9 on Windows XP.

Right now, it is showing up as "BB 1" and my employee's initials are BB.

Any way to change the "BB 1" to "Fast Close"?
To the people who have their system set up that way - what options do you have checked in Aloha Manager?

It says in the Aloha manual that the system can default tab names to "Fast Close".

You're right, didn't know that

Check whether or not the 'Auto Name Saved Tabs' option is flagged, this would overrule the 'Fast close' option.

Thank you! Unchecking the "Auto Name Saved Tabs" option did the trick!
