ALOHA POS PRINTERS

Hello:

I got 2 Aloha NCR registers that both printer dosent want to work. I check the port's on Configuration Center, refresh the terminals, firewall is off but no luck. Maybe something I'm missing?. Any help!

how are the printers setup in Aloha?
How do you have them plugged in on the FOH?
Are you dip switches set correctly

I double check aloha config center and make a noob mistake. I check in the terminals config and find the mistake, the terminal 1 was controlling printer 2 and vice versa and was in com 1 instead of com 6. But thank you!

Im new in Aloha an try to learn by myself.
