Hello!
I'm running ALOHA POS version: 6.7.72 Manager version: 18.5.0.2720
I am unsure where to find the KDS version.
We are experiencing several tickets being printed from both Kitchen printers; I've run out of check boxes and settings I can find to correct this. This problem has been ongoing for the better part of a year, but Covid pushed its importance back. Our kitchen is two independent stations each with a KDS display and a printer, they are named Pizza station and Kitchen. Printers are tied to different POS terminals and not the KDS stations. When any food is fired, both station print a food ticket as if it was an expo printer. We would like to remove this. Upon bumping the completed order from the KDS another ticket is printed, which is how we would like the flow to work, however it includes all drinks from the tab (items not associated with the kitchen printers/routing). Hopefully we can remove those printed drinks to avoid confusion and wasted paper.
I am somewhat knowledgeable, but by no means an expert user. Any help is appreciated! If someone could direct me on what further information is helpful, I would gladly share it.
Thank you,
Jeremy
