Aloha Pos-internal error-server disconnected

Hello,

I have an Aloha POS system, last night the end of day did not run. I went to check at the server and when I log in I get the flowing message "internal error-server not connected. Can anyone tell me what that means?

you need to restart the control service. in services look for ctlsvr.
To find out why you would have to read the debout.svr located in the aloha\temp folder.
Post the portion here of the crash and someone should be able to tell you what happened.

What is the status of the FOH, are they waiting to still run EOD?
