Aloha POS ID's for TakeOut Technologies Interface

Our POS is Aloha 6.7.2(i think). We are migrating our online ordering from Eat24(10% commission) to TakeOut Technologies(TOT). I have sent TOT our ITM.dbf and TOT has successfully merged with their system. However, TOT is having some issues with some of the toppings, etc. (See attached TOT xls). TOT is requesting POS IDs and I am not sure how to respond.

If you do a large pizza, which toppings can they use to get both the price right and have the right items? Same for halves, smalls, etc. When they send orders down, they need to send with the item ID they are requesting so the POS can put those items on the check. I am not sure if they also need to be connected to or allowed for the main items as options, I would think so.
