Aloha PoS gift cards not working - firewall help

Hi, I'm running Aloha and whenever we try to add money to a cash card it says "cannot connect to the stored value BoH service"

I checked in the services on the BoH and the Stored Value service is running

We had a windows firewall issue the other day so I tried disabling the firewall completly and that seemed to fix it, though I don't trust the people that work here so I need the firewall because I know a few of them (Myself included, though only to check bank statements) use it for web browsing.

So I was wondering if anyone could tell me which rules and services Aloha is dependant on so I can re-enable them in the firewall. Thanks in advance.

DNS resolution for URL’s, web site address and domain names for Radiant Systems products and
