On Aloha Table Service v. 12.3. Two or three weeks ago a printer stopped working on Sunday mornings. It doesn't error out, just doesn't print and reroute doesn't solve the problem. The debout file shows a system event happening at 10:00 on the last 2 Sundays (debout files are stored for 2 weeks). There is no event built for Sundays at 10:00. There is another event at 3 o'clock and the printer commences working. There is no event built for Sundays a3 o'clock.

I'm perplexed. Any suggestions.?

Add an event matching what is in the event.cfg file with an end date. Run a refresh
Event was probably removed at some point without having the end date in place first.
