Aloha POS Error: Item 30010 (entry ID: 2097325) not found!

Hi,
We replace the DB files at Aloha Manger and the verify Data, successfully. But when we run IBERCFG.BAT at POS, it show "Error: Item 30010 (entry ID: 2097325) not found!"
We already run DBConfig.exe.

create an item using 30010
That range of number used to be for gift certificates. Check your gift certificate settings as well
