ALOHA POS EOD Problem

I sincerely need some help, we have Aloha 6.1.23, and every morning we received a message at the master terminal that the EOD didn't finish yet, and the SERVER has the previous day GRINNING process in a loop. Then, I have to kill that process and look for my data every day.
Any ideas why my EOD is not running automatically?
Any help will be really appreciated...

have you recently updated your back office? Or made any other changes in your environment? You can also look in the temp folder for the the debout.eod and see what error it encountered. Open the file in notepad, and copy paste here.
