I've spent god knows how many hours scouring the internet trying to find the adapter pinouts and never had any luck until recently. I finally got a picture from an old boss of mine that I figured might help someone somewhere.
For context, Aloha POS usually uses Epson TM-U220 and TM-88 printers for most of their setups, this is changing to Bixolon, but the adapters remain the same. Sometimes the All-in-one cables they send are not long enough and you have to use an adapter to cat cables to get them working.
The pinouts are color coded for ease of use:
Red is for connections from printer to Touch Dynamic terminals with the DB9 connection
Green is for the smaller RJ11-12 ports on NCR 1530 up through 1535 terminals
Yellow is for the full size RJ45 ports on the same terminals.
