Aloha OCD not displaying

I am working on an install and the OCD to show customers orders on their side of the terminal is not working.

I have edited iber.bat to display

Start C:\bootdrv\aloha\BIN\RSSLOAD.EXE
Start C:\bootdrv\aloha\BIN\whatever iber file goes there to begin with
Start C:\bootdrv\aloha\BIN\RSSENGINE.EXE

Display still not showing. Sometimes this works on an install and sometimes it does not. Anybody have any idea why this would be?

Also Aloha Kitchen my Kiwi's aren't working or displaying items from terms to kitchen screens. Usually they make a noise upon refresh and make a sound when an order is placed and items are displayed. Routing rulebook matches an operational store I am attempting to mirror so none of the settings are different. Any ideas? I know they are connected to the network or they would read nopos on the screen.

In maintenance, hardware, terminals, Pole display tab, have you setup the Pole displays?

no? Never have had to do that before. Maybe because i mirror data from command center from identical store layouts and possibly already set up? What relevance does this have to OCD displays on terms

Pole display are the display for customers. Is the hardware the same for both stores or just the database?
