Aloha--MSR Will not read Track1

Hello!

We currently have an issue where aloha is only able to read track2 on cards used by our partners PMS. The information that we need is stored on Track 1. We have used 2 different types of terminals (touch dynamics and NCR 7616's) but both are only reading track2.

The MSR is set up as OPOS on both terminals. I saw an earlier post on here with someone who had the same issue back in 2010. I am hoping there is a setting somewhere that will allow the POS to read track1.

Any help would be great.

I do remember a check box to only read track 2. But it may have also been track 1. Look in your OPOS settings. That is the only place it would be.
