Aloha Missing EDC Transactions

Hey guys,

We had issues with the server, and the terminals were working in stand-alone mode for a little over a day.
Now, we are up and running, but I am missing a bunch of CC transactions.
In the past, Aloha "picks them up" and processes them later automatically. Not this time.

Any ideas?

path to each terminal and look in the edc folder. Do you see any txn's under your processors folder?

Yes, I checked the usual places.
I ended up having to survey every transaction, check what was missing, and process it manually on EDC. Total nightmare.
I was told there was a power outage the day all the transactions were missing. Don't know what the managers did with the computers, but it was a mess.
