Aloha Miscellaneous Open Items 1

I would like if the is an easier way to look up the "Miscellaneous Open Items" that my employees have entered during a week. I need to know the description they entered. I know that I can go into each of their daily checkouts, but I just have a feeling I should be able to generate a report with this information on it. Any help would be awesome, and I would greatly appreciate it!!

Thats the problem with open items - they are not tracked and reported on. You should think of adding enu items and taking off the open food and liquor keys or put them under a management screen.

You can go to Reports/Audit and select Typed Items and the report will list all of the keyed open items for the day. This report also lets you filter by employee or check numbers

Thanks, I just Started where I am working now and needless to say the system need some updating.... We have way to many OPEN items, and we have no way to track the sales. I have alot of NEW items to enter!
