Is it possible to change menu based on user logged in? So if a member of bar staff logs in the drinks will be to the top. If a member of restaurant logs in the food menus will be first. Everyone uses the same menu as food and drink are served everywhere but it makes more sense if a bar person logs in that their items are first without having to scroll down.

1. Create the different Menu's that you want to use.

2. Create Job Groups. Job Groups designate the record number of the menu for this job code to use. Assign a different number to each job code, or to group certain job codes together, assign them the same number. Use this feature when different job codes need to access different menus.
(I have a few job groups - one is for Mgr's only, one for Bar jobcodes, and one for Server/Cashier/Togo jobcodes)

3. In each jobcode, assign one of the job groups you created.

4. Using the event scheduler, set an event for the start of the day. I believe it is called "Set Menu by Job Group" This will cause the POS, at the beginning of the day, to assign a specific menu to a jobcode.
