depends on your version. if old aloha manager
download dfbnavagotor
clase aloha and edc
open dbfnavagator
open emp.dbf from newdata folder
find aloha dearer number, scroll to far right to see there level
find your number
change your sec level to match theirs
save and close
log into aloha with your number
new aloha manager
you will need assistance and or software from someone like myself who does this everyday

You are going to need some help. It involves disconnecting and reconnecting database. Importing and setting Aloha manager correctly. Way to many points of failure.
