Aloha Manager taking 3 to 5 mins to open 5.3.19

Hey all,
I have a store that when the try to open the Aloha Manager it takes quite a long time to open. Could this have to do with the amount of Dated Subs that are sitting there? If so what is the best way to archive and move the dates?

I do not see problems with the hardware running. Everything else that is on the machine i.e. Office, Internet browser etc.

That may be your problem. Either back them up and delete or simply move them out of the Aloha folder into another folder on the drive.

Change the Aloha Manager shortcut to include the remote switch.

What will the remote switch do for the situation? It is getting slower and slower to open and not just at this store location. As the POS becomes older (more Dated Subs) it seems to slow even more.
