Aloha Manager - Receipt 1 printer is offline

I want to check/change the printer setting in Aloha manager Maintenance/hardware but I can's see Hardware option under Maintenance.
Which login ID and password should I use to be able to see hardware option under Maintenance in Aloha manager. I am using 6.1.21 ver of Aloha.
Please help..

As you discovered your local Aloha dealer has limited your ability to work on your system. Since you have ver 6.1 you still may be able to use the Aloha back door Alt, Shift X option.

If you are unable to get in that way you will either need to find another user ID and Password that is known with higher privileges. Or you can edit the EMP.dbf. Close Aloha Manager, then open EMP.dbf file within the Newdata folder in DBFNavigator. Find the user number that your Aloha dealer used. Scroll to far right until you find boh security level. What ever number they have, make yours the same. Hit save and close and then open Aloha Manager. you will now have the same access they do and you will be able to get into hardware settings
