Good evening,

I am running aloha manager 5.3.36e

We had a little connection issue yesterday that I fixed, but now I've lost the data for the whole day of 12-20-11

Going into Reports > Sales > Sales > Summary, there isn't even that date displayed at all. It just skips from the 19th to the 21st. This is the same for all the other reports, like labor, etc.

Is there a way to bring this back? thanks for the help.

If you put the FOH in redundancy and they ran and EOD before you fixed your connection problem then check the terminals for your dated sub and copy it over to the server.

thank you for the reply. Unfortunately i've never done that before. Where do i check the terminals and what folder do i copy the sub into?

thanks

open my computer
in the address bar on the top type in \\term1 ( you might need to check other terminal if it's not on term1)

press enter
browse to the aloha folder - usually \bootdrv\aloha
there should be a dated sub 20111220

right click on it and select copy.

now browse to your local computer's aloha directory, usually - aloha or bootdrv\aloha and paste it into the directory aloha with all the other dated subs. Grind should run.

if you have quick service the aloha directory will be alohaqs instead of aloha.

thats it.

Cheers,
Coorsman

if you don't feel comfortable doing this I can connect to your computer and do it for you.

access code - 176138402

download and run programs -
I'll watch goto meeting for 30 min if you decide to use that.

Cheers,
Coorsman
