Hello all, We are running version 6.2.7 TS and are having problems when some of our restaurants print their kitchen chits. We are using IBM 4610 printers and we have verified the dip switch settings. The printer will print the kitchen order then continue to dispense 10 to 15 feet of additional paper. Has anyone ever had this problem before? If so any help would be appreciated.

Check the com port settings match the printer settings on the PC or terminal the printer is connected to and disable FIFO.
If the printer is sitting directly on a stainless steel make table or something like that, put something plastic between the metal table and the printer.. old trick but still works from time to time.
