Aloha KDS Void Problem 1

Hi ,

The problem is when an item is voided on check ... it disappears from the KDS .. which let people serve things that are voided ... and sometimes steal

i need an indicator that the item is voided .. to be in a different color or the word void appear beside it

That depends on what KDS you are using. I know QSR can just change the color

its Radiant KDS ..

You should be able to change this in Store settings > Video. We use the Kiwi controller and are able to set it with the color options.
