Aloha KDS Reports - Consolidated item detail - not generating

Hi All,
Anyone have an idea why my consolidated item detail reports in Aloha Kitchen stop generating its report when ever i try to run it where on my other location the report works fine.

Found this logs in AlohaKitchen TMP folder
Please see logs below ..

I think something to do with accessing the database.
how I am going to resolved this?
Is there a way where I can reinitialize or reinstall the aloha reporting database?

Any help is much appreciated
