Currently I am running Aloha Manager V. 14.6.0.10112 with Aloha POS V6.7.50. I am well versed in programming Items but have not been at my current location long and it has some quirks. I programmed some new food items for our brunch and routed them correctly to my kitchen printers and video group (expo screen). We use an expo screen instead of paper tickets. I am testing the items to make sure everything works and have found that the items will print on the kitchen printers but are not showing up on the expo screen, even if they were rung in separately or with items that currently show up on the expo screen. I have never seen this before and called my Aloha tech group and they looked at everything and said that it "should be working". I also have had an issue at this site that might be related: One of my managers changed the short and chit name on an item weeks ago and it prints with the new chit name but it still has the old name on the expo screen.
