Aloha- Item availability quantity changes

Does Aloha report on who/when changes were made to the item availability counts?
The owner thinks something is going on with the beer inventory counts being changed other than just when the new stock is added in.
I have the system set so that only one manager has access to the IA function. The audit report doesn't seem to contain info about when the counts were changed.
Is it possible to find out?

Clear all the files from the TMP folder on the server and the terminal where you will make the change. Edit the item availability and then go back into the TMP folders on both and see if it registers in one of the debouts. I say clear the TMP folder so there is less crap to sort through when you go back to it to look for that entry. Shot in the dark.
