Aloha Hasp Security Key issues

I'm having problems getting my aloha server to recognize my hasp key. This is on a server 2003 box and hasp drivers are current. The error when I try to run the hinstall -i states "Failed to start the Aladding Device Driver. Failed to start a service in the Control Manager Database 0x2008007 0x0" Has anyone come across this before and how was it corrected?

check the aladdin web site - i sometimes use the gui interface to activate the hasp.

when I ran that GUI it was called Aladding DiagnosticX 1.10. I went to the HASP dropdown and went to Check Hasp. I selected Check any HASP key and got the following. any-local error 0 Port USB Prog 201 Key type n/a HASP ID n/a. I have a key on order but it looks like the key may be unreadable?

They also have an Aladdin installer GUI.

Well it's not the entire site address by I googled Aladdin hasp. And there is a 2003 server install gui

thanks, I reinstalled the drivers from the website and it worked again.
