Couple of weeks ago I' m getting a message from windows saying that unit C:/ is runing out of space also my proccessor is just working the whole time making my aloha system imposible to use, but when I check I have around 200 free MBs in my hard drive.

However, when I close a proccess called FOHRDF (that shares the FOH information whit aloha) my proccessor works normally but it generates some errors and inestavility when you try to delete a item and stuff like that

Have you looked at the RDF logs in the %IBERDIR%\RDF\LOGS directory to see if this gives you a clue as to what possibly FOHRDF is having an issue with?

Or, just reinstall the RDF (Command Center) product.

I have seen this especially when the member.dbf file is big. You can delete some install files from the drivers folder.

My basic problem is that I have to close the FOHRDF proccess every single day so the terminal processor can rest to prevent Aloha to get frozen. Also the computer feels so loaded, the display flashes when you close a tab and sometimes the drawer doesn't open, when I try to delete a Item added by error sometimes Aloha returns "Close cash drawer" even when the drawer is already closed.

I reinstalled the RDF product. However the problem persists.

I was looking around looking for errors and I found on the BIOS system information that my system memory is less that 700KB. I changed the RAM, anyways the memory remains low.

Any ideas? Help Please

FOHRDF is part of the Command Center (RDF) product. It is also associated with the Radiant Heartbeat service.

FOHRDF is what command center uses to retrieve and perform functions from the RDF client running on the BOH. This will only be running on devices that have the FOH running.

Look at the logs in the %IBERDIR%\RDF\LOGS directory and the %IBERDIR%\TMP\RDFTermlog.txt file on the FOH. It will usually tell you what RDF is having an issue with.

To fully reinstall RDF, you must do the following:
The actual steps:

1.
net stop pollcheck

2.
kill task: fohrdf.exe on all FOH devices.

3.
del %IBERDIR%\ftp\hb*.*

4.
del %IBERDIR%\ftp\pollcheck*.*

5.
Delete the RDF directory from IBERDIR
Rmdir /s /q %IBERDIR%\rdf

6.
Delete %IBERDIR%\bin\FOHRDF.exe from the BOH and FOH machines.

7.
Run the RDF Installer:
D:\posupd\RDFINST.exe

-A copy of the RDF installer can usually be found at (%IBERDIR%\FTP)

This should clear it up. Anything else, logs will need to be looked at.
