Hello,

We recently upgraded a store from ALOHA 5.3.39 to 6.4.28 which we have done many times before but this time it was slightly different. Now every time you log into a user account on the BOH server you get this annoying command prompt window that starts off saying C:\Windows\system32>REM Call D:\ALOHA\FTP\egrind.exe /all which will continue and then it says trying to make a .zip file and fails. We can not get this to go away, and with that window another one opens with an error message.

Any help with this issue would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Thank you for responding, do know if it would mess up anything to either rename that batch so it doesn't run or comment parts of it out so it stops doing this.

Thanks

verify the batch file is pointing to the correct location of your bootdrv. it looks like it's trying to zip the dated sub for polling to enterprise and it's not able to zip it up.
