I'm new to Aloha management and have a few questions. I'll start with the easy stuff first.
Is there a way to create a force logout button for users to bypass the "you are currently locked on terminal x" screen. We have a pretty big place and if someone forgets to logout on one terminal and they walk to the front of the building. They have to walk back to log out.
I know we can put timers on this, but in some cases having a user logged in for a longer time is beneficial (high volume bartender doing lots of transactions).
Anyway.. Is there any way to bump or force logout your own user ID from a different terminal. (not clock out, just log out of order screen).
Thanks
