You mean like the "set guest check message" event?
Create a new guest check message and put whatever you want to print on the receipt there. Then go into events, create a new event, and select the Set Guest Check Message event. Then enter the days and times you would like it to change.

You have to set up a guest check event, and make it fire at designated times. You can also add the message on the day of business, and put it back to something else the next day. Are you trying to get several different messages to fire 7 days a week?
