Problem with Event Schedules that seems to go against the documentation.

We use a custom receipt footer that displays tip suggestions. Our POS serves two different restaurants, a breakfast/lunch fast casual and an evening fine dining.

The fast casual has two dedicated terminals that are not used for the evening service.

We have a 'set guest check message' event set to Always to activate the tip suggestion footage. Then lower on the event schedule list I have two 'set guest check footer by terminal' rules set to Always as well, for the two Fast Casual terminals to a different check footer.

According to the documentation (as far as I can tell). The two terminal rules should fire after the guest check rule because they are all set to Always and those two rules are lower in the list. But this is not taking effect. The two terminals are still showing the first check footer.

I would prefer not to set separate events for all 8 of our terminals. So please let me know if I am doing something wrong, or the above simply won't work and I have to create those individual rules.

Thanks in advance!

you already have 2 events by term, do the other 6 and remove the basic set check message. you will know for sure it will do what you want that way.
